All public spaces, meeting rooms, and casinos are completely non-smoking. There are ENCLOSED designated smoking areas in the casino, and there are smoking guestrooms available as well as non-smoking guestrooms.
Guest Room & Rates
All conference guests enjoy a discounted group rate of just $279 per night with a discounted $33 resort fee. Booking a room for before or after the conference dates may be at a higher rate.
A VERY LIMITED number of rooms are available for MARCH 17th (St. Patrick's Day), and the venue WILL sell out, so book early if you are GOLFING or wanting to extend your stay!
NOTE: Room types (King/2 beds) cannot be guaranteed without an additional cost, but they can request during the time of booking in the notes/comment section before the reservation is complete. This is not guaranteed but the hotel will do their best at check-in to put you in your requested room type.
Travel Tips For Arrival & Departure
Plan to arrive/check-in on Wednesday, March 18th by 2:30 pm to attend the Opening Session at 3:30 pm
Take traffic into account as this is the day after St. Patrick's Day!
Plan departure from the hotel on Friday, March 20th to begin no earlier than 11:30 am.
