Checklist for Key Deliverables/Deadlines for ALL SPEAKERS

The General Session room will be equipped with a podium microphone. General sessions will not be recorded or streamed and only viewable by our LIVE audience (we will not have virtual attendees). 

Each Breakout Room will be equipped with a projector, laptop, wireless slide advancer and projection screen. Breakouts will NOT be streamed LIVE or RECORDED as all attendees are in-person. 

SPEAKERS must ARRIVE to your DESIGNATED MEETING ROOM within 15 minutes prior to the session start time and head to the FRONT of the room near the stage, at which time we will review all last-minute details with you. See Timing Below

• Your assigned session time INCLUDES any Q&A – please be sure to plan your time accordingly.
• The goal is education (please no commercials for your product or service).
• If there are several presenters in your group, please work together in advance of the conference to decide who will speak to certain aspects of the subject matter.
