Guest Room & Rates
All conference guests enjoy a discounted group rate of just $99 per night, with a discounted $34.99 resort fee. Booking a room for before or after the conference dates may be at a higher rate. All of the conference rooms are in the Cherokee Tower, which is non-smoking. If you would like a smoking room, please call to make your reservation and request the Soco Tower.
Travel Tips For Arrival & Departure
Plan to arrive/check-in on Monday, March 10th by 3:30 pm to attend the Opening Session. We will have luggage storage from 12:00pm to 6:30pm.
Plan departure from the hotel on Wednesday, March 12th to begin no earlier than 11:00 am.
If you are playing in the Golf Tournament or should you choose to arrive early, a limited number of rooms are available on Sunday, March 9th.
